Game Fuel

It's an interesting promotion, Mt Dew has released a new flavor called Game Fuel, it seems to be a mix between Code Red and Orange Shock, it's delicious and appears to have a higher caffeine content then usual. I like the flavor, it's tasty and most of all my odd attraction to the Master Chief wins this battle.

I highly recommend giving this drink a try, it especially helps for those all nighters. Smooth taste that doesn't make me think of metal strippers, uncommon for a citrus soda and more then enough of a jolt to boot.

In other thoughts, why do we chase the caffeine dragon so strongly? I mean, I'm the first to admit I avoid that evil thing called sleep more then I should, but why? One would assume I'd game better with rest, but then again, so many games out there these days cater to those who spend a long amount of time in them, not how sharp they are.

The Geek Media launched today, and both this Blog and my organization, the Gamers Alliance will be taking off with it! What is the Geek Media you ask? Well here's an explanation from their site:

And so it begins...

Welcome to the Hollow Bastion, and specifically, my mind, it's here that I'm going to post my insane ravings and thoughts about web design, the gaming industry, Cthulu, and anything else I can think of.

Thoughts for today go to Doctor Who. I love the series, it drives me batty just to watch. For those of you who don't know, Doctor Who is a series about an alien named the Doctor who travels about time in his TARDIS (Time And Relative Dimensions In Space), which is shaped like a blue police box and fixes time. Doctor Who went off the air a long time ago, but in the last three years has been revived with a new look and attitude on the BBC, also airing on the Sci Fi Channel.
